In line with Toobaa’s commitment to provide you with an ideal fit, each jubah, kurta or pants listing comes with an individual size guide.

The size guide consists of a size table and a diagram for every single size.

Getting the right size is easy and we recommend that you select one that is similar to your favourite garment of a similar type at home. We do not recommend measuring your own body.

 

Singapore : Not including the weekends, every confirmed order by 9am, should be delivered by our trusted courier within the next 1-2 days.

Malaysia : Not including the weekends, every confirmed order by 9am, should be delivered by our trusted courier within the next 3-7 days

 

Delivery charges for Singapore is only S$3.50. This is waived for orders above S$80.

Delivery charges for Malaysia is only S$8. This is waived for orders above S$120.

 

Singapore : Payment for online shopping has never been easier with Singapore’s favourite and most used method – Paynow.

Bank transfer via ATM or internet banking is also available.

Exchanges are always welcome, even the sales items. The following conditions apply :

1) Items should be unused, unwashed, and with tags intact.

2) Within 30 days from order date.

3) Delivery / shipping costs will be borne by the purchaser, unless it is the result of our error.

Yes, you may refund with no questions asked. The following conditions apply:

1) Items should be unused, unwashed, and with tags intact.

2) Within 30 days from order date.

3) Delivery / shipping costs and funds transfer fees for the refund will be borne by the purchaser, unless it is the result of our error.

4) We will credit back the amount to your bank account.
